Bio hazards is a high risk situation which usually requires decontamination, sanitation, deodorisation and more often decluttering/hoarding.

We work with families, police, fire service, funeral directors, social services and the council in providing a fast, efficient professional service. It is important to hire a trained personnel to carry out these type of cleans due to the nature and health and safety regulation's that need to be carried out.

Dry hoarding - (most common) newspapers, teddies, books, videos etc.

Wet hoarding - (most extreme type) rotten food, urine, faeces, animal waste, bodily fluids.

Infection Control, Viruses and Outbreaks

If your property or premises has had an outbreak or virus, we can help eliminate this to ensure the setting is free from virus when you return. Routes of entry can be from inhalation, skin contact and contact with bodily fluids. We will fully disinfect, remove anything contaminated, clean from top to bottom and fog the property if required. If this service is needed, there is a 60 minute wait time until you re-enter the property to ensure the virus has been killed to ensure your safety. 

Hoarding

We offer a hoarding service specialised to you, as we understand no two hoarders can be the same. We are fully trained in wet, dry, animal and data hoarding, and offer a non-judgmental approach with all team members mental health first aiders. We can also dispose of any waste meaning you can get your home back in order without lifting a finger.

Trauma and Decomposition 

This service is bespoke and catered to you, and we understand that dealing with the scene of a death can be traumatising. The objective of this type of service is to make the area safe, remove contaminated waste and perform a thorough clean to remove and eliminate pathogens. We deal with all of our services professionally, with aim to offer a sensitive and fast clean up. 

Vehicle and Cell Cleaning

We offer a fast responsive service for police cell and vehicle cleaning service. If you need a reliable company that understand the high risk of infection from bodily fluids such as faeces, self-harm, suicide, or an infection outbreak we can help. 

Mould Cleaning

Mould is a naturally occurring organism and spreads from moisture in the air, mould is classed as a bio hazard and requires specialist cleaning. Mould spores can grow on living tissue, including the human body.

Although mould is more common than you think, it does need to be dealt with efficiently to ensure it does not affect your health. We can help to fully remove the source to ensure the main source is removed and deal with any additional mould growth, the affected area will also be sealed.

Fire and Soot Cleaning

To be able to help you with fire, soot, and toxic odours we need to carry out additional risk assessment to ensure your property is structurally safe to enter. We will work by removing as much of the soot as possible to begin with, followed by a commercial soot and smoke remover product that contains trisodium phosphate - this helps to remove heavy deposits of smoke and soot stains. Every surface and item will be wiped down a few times to ensure that there is no evidence of fire damage or soot to allow you back to your property. 

Toxic and Foul Odours

This consists of animal waste, human bodily fluids, decomposition, and sewage. These toxic odours can cause animals and humans harm, with temporary symptoms of these odours causing headaches, itching, watering eyes, sneezing and nausea.

We are trained to use the correct chemicals and professionally clean toxic and foul odours, to ensure they are fully removed and remove the risk to harm. We will do this by identifying the risks and source, eliminating the source and deodorising contaminated areas. 

Needle Sweeps, Sharps and Drug Den Clean Ups

Due to the risk of working with needles and sharps, it is classed as a bio hazard. There are many risks associated with sharps clean ups, with exposure to viruses including HIV, hepatitis B and C. Needles and sharps can be found in places you wouldn’t even

think of! This is where we have the correct training to safely remove and dispose of so the property is safe in order for the occupants return.
